1. Overview
At WatchAGonnaDo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer returns and refunds under the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received the item.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including tags, accessories, manuals).

Some items cannot be returned or may be subject to restocking fees (e.g. personalized or limited edition items) — see Exceptions below.
3. Return Process

Send an email to support@watchagonnado.com with subject line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”

In the email, provide:

Your order number

Item(s) you want to return

Reason for return

Photos (if issue is damage, defect, or wrong item)

We will respond within 2 business days with approval or instructions (e.g. return label, drop‑off address).

You ship the item back — we recommend tracking / insured shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you whether the return is accepted.
4. Refunds

If accepted, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund will be made to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable, except in cases where we (WatchAGonnaDo) made an error (defective, wrong item, etc.).

If the item is returned in non‑original condition (damaged, missing parts), we may issue a partial refund or reject return.
5. Exchanges
We don’t automatically offer exchanges. If you want a different size or model:

Submit a return request as above

After refund is processed, place a new order

(Or in some cases, we may allow you to swap and pay any price difference + return shipping)
6. Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable or may incur additional conditions:

Customized, personalized, or engraved products

Items marked “Final Sale”

Items damaged after delivery (due to misuse)

Missing parts or accessories

Gifts (unless received with a return authorization from us)
7. Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll offer you a replacement or full refund, and cover return shipping.
8. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (you changed your mind), you pay for return shipping (unless otherwise stated).

For returns due to our error (defect, wrong item), we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse your return shipping cost.
9. Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 7 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, first check with your bank or payment provider.
